- Wire Proving Systems
 We produced 18 test boxes and 12 computer consoles for the Electrical Test Department of GEC Alsthom Metro Cammell. Each test box handles 1024 inputs. Each input is isolated for a train voltage of 600 volts and can be switched for train systems using positive or negative earth.

- Gearbox Test System
We developed a hardware and software system for test rigs produced by ATP Industries - for both manual and automatic gearboxes. The software has control of 3 motors for drive and load, and analyses pressure waveforms from automatic boxes.
- People Counting System
Scantel International wanted to count shoppers entering stores. We produced an infra-red people detector which gives better than 95% counting accuracy. A small logging unit can be connected to an analysis computer via RS232, LON or an internal modem.

- Housings
Examples include wall mounted, self-heated, IP65 cases for use in the Antarctic, and protective cases to protect rack-mounted instrumentation.
- Filters
We produced anti-aliasing and SAE 5211 filters for crash testing.

Our counters ensure accurate distance measurement.
- Shape Detectors
Giving biscuit profile measurement and automatic reject detection.
