The Customer Support Record is reproduced in Work Instructions 7.5 It includes any corrective or preventative action. When the customer requests technical support, the record is completed and kept by the Sales Department. The request and response may be made by email or telephone.

The Customer Satisfaction Survey is conducted face-to-face on customer visits. The Customer Satisfaction Survey form is kept by the Sales Department.

Customer feedback is discussed at the Management Review Meeting.
