For test procedures see Section 3 of the Work Instructions. Inspection, measurement and test equipment is controlled by the Technical Director and regularly calibrated (WK 3.5) (ISO Clause 8.5.4)

Property belonging to customers is logged by the Stock Controller and identified as customer-supplied. Any loss or damage to the customer's property is reported to the customer and records kept in the Customer's file (WK 3.7). (ISO Clause 8.5.3)
