Planning for Process Change

Biodata Quality Policy > Management Process > Process Planning and Control

October 2020

Changing circumstances, needs, trends and opportunities are analysed in the Management Review Meetings and in regular informal meetings. When the opportunity for a new product, or the development of an exisiting product, has been identified - a small team works on the development. We use an Agile development process.

The design development processes are detailed in Wk 7.1, 7.8, 7.9 and 7.10. Standards, statutory and regulatory requirements for all systems are considered. The process of development - including project control, resource considerations, stakeholder needs, risks, test plans, documentation and review - is described in Work Instructions 7.9 and 7.10.

No processes are outsourced.
